The conference on Macromolecular Assemblies brought together experts and researchers in the field to explore the latest advancements and breakthroughs in understanding biomolecular complexes and their interactions. The first 2 days of the event featured talks by pioneers in the field who shared their expertise, research findings, and insights on the structure, function and evolution of macromolecular assemblies, protein-protein, and protein-small molecule interactions. There was a focused workshop on the integrative modeling platform (IMP) following the conference where the participants got the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with integrative modelling techniques, software and tools. The workshop provided practical training and guidance on utilizing diverse experimental data sources to create comprehensive models of macromolecular structures and their interactions.
